If you're at the early stage of planning your holiday, it will be helpful to know the following:

* Your "travel window" i.e. earliest possible departure & latest possible return dates.
* Preferred duration.
* Preferred departure airport. N.B. We don't sell flights - but this influences which day of the week you arrive in the Uganda or Rwanda and therefore which itineraries are possible.

All last minute reservations (less then 31 days prior to arrival date) are payable within 48 hours after receiving a confirmed provisional reservation via e-mail.

As accommodation availability changes from day to day all enquiries about general availability are subject to change without notice. Accommodation availability is only guaranteed once you receive a provisional reservation confirmation.
